This project is a new medical office building and surgery center to benefit two digestive health practices with six physicians. PHR obtained Certificate of Need approval for the surgery center, is providing turnkey services in venture capitalization, start-up, and development, and will provide ongoing Board advisory services after anticipated opening in June 2007.
Crowne Pointe Endoscopy & Surgery Center
Flint, Michigan
This project involves two high-volume physicians establishing a new medical office building and five-room surgery center. PHR obtained Certificate of Need approval for the surgery center and is providing advisory services in center development, equipping, opening, regulatory compliance, and contracting.
The Surgery Center at Park City Medical Plaza
Weatherford, Texas
This center and an adjacent medical office building opened in 2006 with two operating rooms and two minor procedure rooms. PHR provided advisory services to the five physicians and one non-physician investor in structuring and financing the venture and was involved in the design and preliminary equipment planning for the facility.
Hamilton Ambulatory Surgery Center
Dalton, Georgia
This center is a venture between the local hospital and a group of 23 physicians. PHR provided turnkey development services in opening this multispecialty four operating room center and has served as the center’s contract manager since 2001. The center has achieved top percentile rankings by the Press Ganey research firm nationally for consistently superior customer service.
