William L. MacKnight, Managing Partner
Mr. MacKnight has developed healthcare ventures and facilities in the Americas and Europe. He was part of the founding management team of the nation’s first publicly-traded ambulatory surgery centers company, and was the President of Ambulatory Health Services subsidiary for the country’s largest cooperative of not-for-profit hospitals (Voluntary Hospitals of America). Later, he led a management and private-investor leveraged buy-out of the subsidiary, accomplished a $17 million public offering managed by Merrill Lynch, and grew this national medical imaging company to $60 million in annual revenues, with 450 employees operating throughout the U.S.
Justine B. Corday, Chief Development Officer
Ms. Corday has led 27 health facility new construction and remodeling projects, negotiated and closed 16 health care acquisitions and mergers, and been a principal in over $200 million in public and private debt and equity financings for health-related projects. She has been a senior officer of four publicly-traded companies, with line responsibilities for over 200 employees and for budgets exceeding $50 million.
Lynne Stoldt, R.N., Vice President-Clinical Operations
Ms. Stoldt has held various healthcare administrative roles overseeing $30 million budgets in the surgical services area, with up to 300 employees and 30 surgical rooms under her span of direction. Ms. Stoldt has nearly two decades of experience in outpatient facilities planning, construction, equipping and operation.
